Each Greenflow system is custom designed.

For installation, the design and the material is supplied by Kwench Systems. A plumber chosen by the builder and trained by Kwench Systems will provide all of the required labor for the installation.

Because the system is fully integrated, only one contractor is required to install Greenflow by Kwench Systems for both plumbing and fire protection.

In the event that you do not have a preferred plumber, Kwench Systems will provide a list of trained installers. Labor rates are negotiated directly between the builder and installer.

Specifications
The water supply can be from a municipal supply or from a well. Kwench Systems will calculate water supply requirements for the home.

Flows and pressures required to operate the sprinkler heads are hydraulically calculated to the Hazen-Williams formula in accordance with the relevant sprinkler standard. Sprinkler heads typically will be tamper resistant, concealed pendent sprinkler heads or side wall equivalent listed to UL1626. Cover plates, where used, will be flat white, bright white, chrome, or customized in accordance with BS EN 12259-1. The final specification of the sprinkler is dependent on environmental factors and the “Authorities Having Jurisdiction.” The system uses Type-A cross-linked Polyethylene “PEX” Tubing which has many superior properties, including:

• Reliable: The durable tubing has a thermal memory ensuring simple, secure, leak-proof joints, with no soldering or glue required. The physical property of the “PEX” is what seals the joints.
• Flexible: Easier installation because of the simplicity of working with “PEX.”
• Long Lasting: The tubing comes with a 25-year manufacturer’s warranty when installed by an approved installer.
• Freeze Resistant: “PEX” pipe is resistant to extremely cold temperatures unlike other materials.
• Non-corrosive unlike metal pipes.
